Management Team

Mr. Palitha Gamage is the Chief Executive Officer of LVL Energy Fund PLC and its parent company Lanka Ventures PLC .

Mr. Palitha Gamage is a career banker with over 30 years of experience. Prior to joining Lanka Ventures Group, he held the position of General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of HDFC Bank Sri Lanka; a post he has held since 2018. Prior to his tenure at HDFC he served in several senior managerial positions in Risk Management, Corporate Banking, SME Banking, Investment Banking, Planning and Administration with DFCC bank. In addition, he also served as Head of Corporate Credit at DFCC Vardhana Bank.

Mr Gamage started his professional career as a Civil Engineer at State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka. He served as a member of the Governing Board of the National Institute of Business Management for three years from 2010 and as a Non Executive Director of the National Asset Management Ltd for six years. During his career, Mr. Gamage has attended a multitude of local and foreign training programs and workshops covering various aspects of banking.

Mr. Gamage holds a B. Sc (Engineering) Hons degree from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He is a Passed Finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka.

Ms. Shiromi Mabulage is an Investment Analyst of Lanka Ventures PLC. She holds a Second Class (Upper Division) Bachelor of Science in Finance (Special) Degree from the University of Sri Jayawardanepura. She is currently a Management Level Candidate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA-UK).

She started her professional career at W I Tel Solutions (Private) Limited in 2019 where she held the position of Finance Executive before joining LVL in 2023.

Ms. Lakmi Hansika is an Investment Analyst of Lanka Ventures PLC. She holds a Second Class (Upper Division) Bachelor of Science in Finance and Insurance Hons Degree from the University of Colombo. She is currently a Level 1 Candidate of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Programme, USA.

Lakmi started her professional career at Financial Accounting Advisory Services, EY and joined LVL in 2023.

Mr. Dilanka Wijesekara is the Senior Finance Manager of Lanka Ventures PLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) and Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA).

He started his professional career at Keerthi Mihiripenna & Co., Chartered Accountants after graduation in 2007 and joined LVL in 2010.

Ms. Kanchana Madubhani is the Assistant Accountant of Lanka Ventures PLC. She holds a Second Class (Upper Division) Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Special) Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She is a finalist of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Sri Lanka (ICASL) and a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Sri Lanka.

She started her professional career in 2017 at Assurance division, EY. Then she held a Senior Accounts Executive position in a private sector company before joining LVL in 2023.
